All sales are final once an order has been placed. Please review product details, variants, quantities, and shipping information carefully before checkout.
Pre-Order Funding Exception
Refunds are only offered if a pre-order does not receive enough funding to move into production. If that happens, affected customers will be contacted with the next steps.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review the situation and help where we reasonably can.
Shipping And Carrier Issues
Shoji Creations is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, customs delays, import fees, or damage that happens after an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, contact us and we will help review available reshipment options.
