Processing Times
In-stock items are prepared as quickly as possible. Pre-order items ship after production is complete, and the estimated timeline will be shown on the product page whenever available.
Pre-Orders
If an order includes a pre-order item, the full order may ship together once every item is ready. For separate shipments, please place separate orders.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and the destination address.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after the order has shipped.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or carrier charges required by their country.
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, contact us and we will help review the available reshipment options.
Refunds & Transit Issues
All sales are final once an order has been placed. Refunds are only offered if a pre-order does not receive enough funding to move into production. Shoji Creations packs each order with care, but we are not responsible for damage, delays, or carrier issues after the package has been handed off for shipment.
